Join in with our Couch to 5k

We’re welcoming members and non-members alike!

If you’ve been thinking of getting in to running, or if you’re looking to improve it (or just join a like-minded community of runners), then we’ve got the thing for you.

Starting in September we’ve got a new running couch to 5k clubs suited to beginner runners, or those who wanted to get back in to it.

Starts Wednesday September 4th at 6.30pm (at the gym)

This is aimed at those who haven’t been running much, or are looking to get in to it. We’re looking at those who can’t yet run a 5k without stopping (even if you don’t run at all!).

This will be an 8 week plan where our coaches will take you on one run per week and give you guidance for additional runs in the week. This 8 week plan will get you from zero running to running a 5k (3 miles) without stopping.

This is FREE to members, and the total cost for non members is £8 (equivalent of £1 per week)
