The fitness industry has made a meal (pun intended) of the whole weight loss thing over the years.

With so much conflicting information out there on how best to lose weight or what the best diet is, it can be hard to figure out what the right thing to do is.

We want to help simplify things for you.

At the most basic level, weight loss is about ‘Energy Balance’. In other words, burn off more energy than you consume. We are talking about calories. Burning off more calories than you eat will create a CALORIE DEFICIT. Do this consistently and you will see the numbers start to move in the right direction on the scales.

Eating more calories than you burn off is called a calorie surplus, and overtime leads to weight gain.

Now don’t get us wrong, we all know there are other factors at play when it comes to weight loss (such as macro-nutrients, hormones, lifestyle, medications, stress, supplements, etc) BUT your number one priority before looking at any of those things is – create a calorie deficit consistently.

In this 6 week weight loss accountability group we will teach you how to go about achieving this, specific to your own goals and personal circumstances.

We’ve run this successfully in the past few years with a number of our community.

What did they achieve, and what did they say about the group?
– Lost weight
– Improved sleep quality
– Feeling more energetic
– Ditched “slimming club” mentality – like “free foods” or “extras”
– Started moving more, movement that is enjoyable
– Learned more about calories, nutrition, fibre
– Felt like a badass whilst doing it!

You don’t need a new ‘diet’. You just need to tighten up on a few things and get a better handle on your numbers.

In fact, most of us eat pretty well most of the time but have some ‘bad’ habits that sabotage our results.

We all know what to do, we just don’t do it.

Less sugary processed foods, cut back on the alcohol, drink more water, eat more fruit and veg, exercise a bit more, and so on.

That’s it really. It’s not rocket science.

However just because something is simple, that doesn’t mean it is easy.

Sure you could do it for a day or two… maybe even a week or two… but what kind of results would that get you. Chances are, your weight loss targets are going to require a consistent effort for something like 6 weeks to 6 months.

That’s where we come in.

Let us help you kick start your weight loss journey the right way and remove all the confusing information out there. Let us show you a really simple and sustainable way to hit those weight loss goals once and for all, in a way that doesn’t suck all the joy out of life.

What next?

Join up by clicking on the course below. We’ll be running this through phone calls, messages and emails – you don’t necessarily need to come to the gym (but there is a personal, private weigh in on the first and last week, and in between too).

To get the most out of the process it would be helpful if you have access to a fitness watch (like a Fitbit), if you don’t own one you can borrow one but they’re not completely necessary, the process can still work.

Our coaches have run these before, and this is what their team said:

“David is just the tonic I needed. I can’t thank him enough for setting up this group. I needed the accountability but he did it in a supportive manner, making me think about my actions and offering advice. He really made it feel like he was there with you every step of the way.

“The Daily Deficit is simple and easy. It opens your eyes to what works for you using tools that are free to use. It has helped me get on that first step back to a healthier sustainable lifestyle.”

“David is a fitness Master of Zen.”
